Position: Forklift Operator

StaffRite USA is currently seeking skilled and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as a Forklift Operator in the Memphis area. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise.
– Load and unload products from delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
– Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operating conditions.
– Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
– Assist in inventory control and management, ensuring stock levels are accurate.
– Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Previous experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery is required.
– Valid forklift operator certification REQUIRED.
– Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
