Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective HR practices are implemented across the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals.
– Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent.
– Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues.
– Manage employee performance evaluation processes and promote professional development opportunities.
– Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
– Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture while managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
– Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
– Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
– Prepare HR metrics and reporting for leadership review.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
– Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
